Captain Cynthia Alford is the broker and owner of Bay Breeze Real Estate, Inc. She is also captain (with her 50-Ton Masters License) and co-owner of Full Stringer Guide Service, and owner at The Tax Depot, Inc.
Cynthia began a career in real estate as property manager for Swan Point Landing in 2006. She remained there until December 2009, received her broker’s license, and opened Bay Breeze Real Estate that same year. Meeting people and helping clients find the perfect property is her passion, and that passion is made evident in the personal service given to every prospective buyer or seller.
Since 2010, Cynthia has served on the board of directors of Coastal Bend Association of Realtors, holding each office for a term of one year. She served as president in 2014 and was named Realtor of the Year in 2015. She was also appointed by the mayor and city council of Seadrift to the Seadrift Planning Commission.
As a lifelong resident of Seadrift and the daughter of a commercial fisherman, Cynthia also spent summers as a deckhand. She took a full-time position from 1993 through 2006.
Cynthia loves her community and she strives to be a positive influence on everyone she meets. She supports the local young people, sponsoring baseball and basketball teams. She is active in a local church, volunteering the bookkeeping services and participates in activities of the local community. She served as Chamber of Commerce president for 2009 and 2010.
Cynthia has four children, all of whom also have a great appreciation of water as a natural resource and her love of the community. She still resides in Seadrift with her husband Gary, enjoying the San Antonio bay breezes and spending time with her grandbabies. Mallory Galloway is a licensed real estate agent for Bay Breeze Real Estate, Inc., and a bookkeeper and tax preparer for The Tax Depot, Inc. Mallory is also a lifelong resident of Seadrift and Calhoun County. She graduated from Calhoun High School in 2004 and began a career in banking with Wells Fargo from 2005-2009.
In December of 2009, she started her new career in bookkeeping and tax preparation with The Tax Depot, Inc. She received her real estate license in 2012 and soon after began working at Bay Breeze Real Estate, Inc. Mallory is an active member of the Coastal Bend Association of Realtors, holding the office of secretary in 2016-2017 and treasurer in 2018-2020. She was also named Realtor of the Year in 2017. Being skilled in both accounting and real estate gives her clients an advantage, as she can knowledgeably advise them throughout the buying and selling process.
Mallory, her husband Joey and their two children share a deep love for the community she grew up in. Mallory is active in fundraising events that support scholarships and community happenings. She and Joey coach youth basketball and girls’ softball as a way to give back to the community. Some of Mallory’s favorite times are simply being with her family and spending time outdoors fishing and hunting.
